Where Do I Start?
Welcome!
Thank you for choosing Company Caterer to cater
your next important event.
For
starters, you can view our most popular menus by
selecting the link on the left. If you do not
see a menu that suits your needs please feel
free to call us for a custom menu. All we can
say is we'll do our best to meet your budget
needs. There are 3 steps to generating your
quote.

Confirm Menu Selection and Guest Count.

Tell us the Who, Where, When

2.
Is this an actual order?
Well...Not
exactly. Once you have requested your order
through our website it is NOT considered a
confirmed event until written or verbal
commitment has been made. Within 24 hrs of
requesting your order, one of our event
coordinators will contact you (via phone) for
confirmation. A 25% deposit is required to
reserve your event date. In some cases a deposit
may be waived upon management approval (i.e.:
short notice events). All deposits will be
subtracted from you final balance. If you
are booking this event within 1 week of the
event date, please call one of our event
coordinators immediately after booking your
event online to make arrangements for express
confirmation.

Ok, I've got my invoice, now what?
a.
Send us your deposit
b. Invite all your friends to the event!
c. You do not pay the balance for your event
until the catering is delivered to you!

How do I know if my event has been confirmed?
a.
You will receive a confirmation email and
telephone call from one of our senior event
managers. Our manager will give you their cell
phone number so that you can reach them at any
time!

What size groups do you cater?
We
specialize in basically any event that requires
the feeding of small or large groups
handled safely and professionally.
6.
What is the largest event you have catered?
We
were asked to feed 8000 - 15,000 guests or more
each year for four consecutive years at the
same single event.
7.
What is the smallest event you have catered?
We
will come to your house or business, prepare and set
up the food buffet style, for as few as 10 of
you and your guests.
8.
What kind of foods do you offer?
We
customize the menu to meet the needs of the
client and to compliment the type of event.
9.
Do you offer more than just food for events?
Yes!
We can coordinate and plan the entire event, from
the menu and rentals to entertainment and
staffing.

Will you travel to serve an event or function?
Yes! We travel the entire State of Florida, to your
site, depending on the job size!
11.
Can you cook on site?
Yes,
we can. We have (3) Charcoal Grills on trailers that we tow to your site. We can use our Grill
as a Smoker, Oven, Steamer, Warmer and
obviously, as a Grill. We also have (3)
commercial flat top
restaurant grills that operate off of propane that can be towed to the site
if needed, along with (4) commercial King
Kookers that also operate off of propane.
12.
Do you cater outside and inside off premise functions?
Yes,
that is primarily what we do, we will cater your location of
choice whether inside a building, home or
outside.
13.
Are you insured?
Yes!
Certificate of Insurance is available upon
request.
14.
Can I schedule an appointment with you to
discuss my "Event"?
Yes,
we will be happy to provide you with all the
information needed to plan any affair.
15.
Will you provide references of previous clients
or events?
Absolutely!
We have references available upon request.
